Children's "Mental Health" Boosted?

Area school board adding staff to help with students' mental health

The region’s largest school board says it is boosting the number of staff it has to help students with mental health issues linked to two years of anxious pandemic learning.

“We are actively recruiting for a psychological services team that includes various positions, not just psychologists,” a spokesperson for the Thames Valley District school board said. “But we do have access to the psychological services for every school in Thames Valley.”

They do speak about increasing the number of psychological and social work staff, but that in itself is only another reductionist, acute and band-aid temporary fix which makes it appear something is being done.  The truth is they could have a social worker and psychologist for every student in the school and the outcome will remain abysmal.

Why? because people aren't singular objects but are biological beings that need to have their cellular functions operating in optimal conditions.   Some children live in poverty with little to no food, while others live in wealth but their parents aren't educated on what food to buy, how do tell what their child needs to keep focused, while others eat all kinds of junk and seem to get by fine at least for school.  Some parents of these children are alcoholics and trying to understand why they crave alcohol, toxic situations.  Some embrace religion as a panacea to their problems, but still don't feel or look as they think they should. There are many other scenarios that lack a basic understanding of how the universe and its elements and energies work and their effects on themselves and their children.

This requirement is not solely satisfied by talk therapy, disrupting your body biochemistry with ever-increasing amounts of drugs that eventually wear off, or trying to convince someone to "become well."

These things do help but what helps the most is providing your body cells, especially rhose connected to your brain and intestines, the optimal amounts of nutrient it needs that we rarely obtain from food alone.

Dr. Richard Malter, a psychotherapist based in Shaumberg, Illinois, has vast experience in working with children who face challenges related to learning disabilities. Dr. Malter places significant importance on the biochemical foundation of these behavioral disorders and believes that the mineral connection in children has a profound influence on our educational system.  Dr. Malter explains:

“In general, school curriculum tends to emphasize verbal analytical-sequential functions. If there is validity to the tissue Zn/Cu ratio and hemisphere dominance hypothesized by Dr. Watts, then any change in the dominance ofthe school population may have profound implications for our schools and the curriculum taught in them. If a shift in hemisphere dominance due to increasing copper accumulation from one generation to the next is developing, then our traditional left brain curriculum will become increasingly difficult for larger and larger numbers of children and adolescents. This may be one of the reasons why there appears to be increasing numbers of learning disabled children in our schools’ classrooms. Another way of looking at the problem is that our schools are becoming more and more out of synchronization with the children who are trying to learn. As this out-of-sync process continues, our schools are becoming more and more dysfunctional as systems of education. If this hypothesis is valid, two major implications should be considered. First, fundamental curriculum changes need to be made in the direction of right hemisphere functions. The other implication is to develop effective ways to educate the public and professionals to the problem of copper toxicity and how it may be reversed. If a child is having trouble in school due to learning disabilities, the first consideration should be to evaluate his/her nutritional status through HTMA.”

Many mineral imbalances have been identified in numerous children who were tested  in many studies. The primary route for copper excretion is through the intestinal tract via the liver and gallbladder. Any medication that hinders this excretion process can lead to copper toxicity. The hormone estrogen, along with certain psychotropic drugs, sedatives, and tranquilizers, can disrupt this elimination mechanism. The body eliminates excess copper through the liver when it receives appropriate signals from the adrenal glands. When the sympathetic endocrines are overactive, they boost the body's metabolic rate, thereby enhancing copper elimination. Conversely, the para-sympathetic endocrine glands work in opposition to the sympathetic glands, leading to increased copper uptake and retention. Elevated tissue copper levels are commonly associated with thyroid insufficiency or hypothyroidism. Copper has an antagonistic effect, and if an iron deficiency occurs, the thyroid may not function optimally. Copper can also impact thyroid function through insulin actions. Elevated tissue copper levels enhance calcium retention in tissues, prompting the pancreas to increase insulin secretion. Since zinc is necessary for insulin storage, the zinc-copper antagonism could potentially lead to excessive insulin release into the bloodstream. Individuals with weak adrenal glands often exhibit high copper levels due to two reasons. Firstly, copper itself can reduce adrenal gland activity similar to its effect on the thyroid. Secondly, if the adrenals weaken initially, copper retention tends to increase. Hormones from the adrenal glands typically stimulate the liver, thereby aiding in copper removal from the body. Individuals with high copper levels often display poor liver function, resulting in chronic constipation. Conversely, individuals with high adrenal and thyroid gland activity generally have normal to low tissue copper levels.  Source

This is the confusing propaganda that misleads us all

confusing medical propaganda that misleads us all

There's no such thing as a "balanced diet" & nutrition isn't merely food. Why is that? It's because we're all individuals. Orthomolecular nutrition is the individualized analysis application of the substances within the food which our bodies often do not obtain enough of and are often blocked by antagonists.

"Nutrition" is far more than merely the trivial concept of food.

Botanists analyze the terrain to help plants prevent and restore cell function. Why not for humans?

What are YOUR individual cell nutritional imbalances?

Grooming is more than cosmetic

Every grooming session generates data about your pet's health. Dull coat signals nutritional gaps. Waxy ears signal hygiene issues. Cracked paw pads signal environmental stress. We read all of it.

Why grooming and nutrition are the same conversation

Most commercial pet foods are optimised for shelf life — not cellular health. Rendered fats, synthetic additives, and heat-processing mean even a "complete" diet can leave key systems running on empty.

The signs show up on the outside first — dull coat, brittle nails, waxy ears, greasy skin, low energy. These aren't cosmetic problems. They're your pet's body broadcasting nutrient stress. That's exactly what every grooming session reads.

Nutrients don't work in isolation — they act as synergists (enhancing each other's absorption) and antagonists (competing for the same transporters).
